Policies

We offer the following guidelines to help you maximize the benefits and pleasant experience of your treatment at New Image Clinic.
 

Consultations & Scheduling

We invite you to schedule a complimentary consultation with one of our highly trained medical spa staff. Appointments can be conveniently scheduled via phone or online. Both online and after-hours phone messages will be promptly returned within 24 hours during business days.     

  

We highly recommend advance scheduling in order to ensure availability of your requested service at your preferred time.
When scheduling your appointment, you may be requested to guarantee your appointment against late cancellation using a major credit card.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reserved treatment times are held exclusively for our clients. Please contact us via phone should you find it necessary to reschedule or cancel. A 24-hour notification is required for individual treatments and 48-hour for multiple treatments or packages. This is a courtesy to other clients who may be able to utilize your cancelled time slot. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) will be subject to forfeiture of the treatment.  

No-Shows

Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment will result in a fee for the full amount of the service price. For clients with multiple session packages, a session will be deducted from the package.
 

Payments & Returned Checks

Full payment is required at the time of service, unless special arrangements have been made in advance. Packages must be paid in full upon receipt of first session. We accept cash, checks (payable to New Image Clinic), money orders, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa as forms of payment. A $25 fee will be assessed for any returned checks. Prices are subject to change without notice.   
 

Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no exchanges/refunds will be offered. All treatment sessions, including packages, must be redeemed within one year of purchase. Unused sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift certificates are transferable, but non-refundable.  
 

Arrivals & Late Arrivals

For new clients, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to unwind, complete any necessary information and skin analysis procedure (if applicable).
In consideration to other clients as well as your service provider, a late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time while a full service fee will still apply.
 

Gratuities

The prices of our services do not include gratuities. Should you feel you have received exceptional service and would like to leave a gratuity to one of our professionals, you may do so at your discretion.
Gratuities can be paid with cash only.
 

Personal Valuables

We recommend leaving your valuables at home. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal property.

Gift Certificates

Customized gift certificates are available for purchase both online as well as at one of our clinics in various denominations. Bulk purchase of gift certificates is also available at discounted prices and is ideal for corporate reward or employee incentive programs. Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase another gift certificate or be applied toward previously purchased services. They are transferable, but non-refundable.
